My spouse and I moved to Toronto, ON from India in April 2023 We were already quite jittery about the move since one of the primary problems for us to tackle was housing, especially something that caters to our needs. A couple of months before we flew in we tried to search for rental apartments/condos on our own via common Canadian real estate sites. But nothing panned out for us, either the location didn't suit us or the owners never replied to our inquiry. The day to move kept coming closer and we still didn't have a rental place set - the stress kept piling up. Through some late Christmas miracle, a relative of mine found Alana and explained our situation to her. Alana was right at it from Day 1. We are owners of a few homes that we lease with multiple units. Alana has been leasing our units for 3 years. They each have multiple apartments and she lists them and has a knack to also find the tenants herself. We really liked her process and didn't even know an open house could exist for a rental! 

With tenants still occupying the units we used to struggle arranging showings and coordinating times with everyone. Since we started using Alana, she has a system of group showings which gave very little trouble to our current tenants and also really decreased how long it took to find the right tenant.
