We are owners of a few homes that we lease with multiple units. Alana has been leasing our units for 3 years. They each have multiple apartments and she lists them and has a knack to also find the tenants herself. We really liked her process and didn't even know an open house could exist for a rental! 

With tenants still occupying the units we used to struggle arranging showings and coordinating times with everyone. Since we started using Alana, she has a system of group showings which gave very little trouble to our current tenants and also really decreased how long it took to find the right tenant. All our tenants have been great. 

As long as we own these homes, she will be our realtor. We hope she will list them for us too when it's time to sell!
